Even after numerous BIOS updates the issue still persists. For whatever stupid reason only M keys will not brick the BIOS. I also used my trusty label maker to mark it as the “BOOT” drive. As Ive mentioned before I own a Gigabyte Mobo with a UEFI BIOS that is so broken that enrolling a key that isnt from Microsoft (for example, Ventoy) will brick the Mobo until the cmos is reset which will delete the key.
